Every now and then, it's good to remember that there are still some genuinely great people in this world. Mister Rogers always said to "look for the helpers," and this front desk worker is DEFINITELY in that category. Not only did he do everything he could to accommodate a deaf elderly couple with their rooms, he also helped find someone they could actually communicate with!
